How to customise hyperlinks(command?) for map tip!

This is going to be a dumb question. But how do you config the hyperlinks that are sitting at the bottom of the map tip?

From this https://gedemo.geocortex.com/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=LACountyPlus , some of the layers have 2 options. Sometimes it has 4? Is there any place we can set this up? For example, what if I only want to have 'View Additional Details'?
