Hi Ted, you should be able to find this under the HTML5 viewers tool bar configuration

Thank you.  Currently, My Links are grayed out, so not sure why that would be the case.

You have to be signed in to an organizational ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS account. So I guess you are not logged in or are using a different security provider.

I get this when I try and sign in, so its weird, we are using portal auth.

Ted Cronin we've seen that issue before.

Essentials uses the 'referrer' header value to determine the original location of the viewer.  If this goes missing, you will see this error.  In some environments, the referrer header will go missing or incomplete if the browser determines that the viewer and Essentials are running on different hosts - a result of the browser's referrer policy.  See https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2020/07/referrer-policy-new-chrome-default and https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Referrer-Policy for some resources on how to avoid this - we rely on no-referrer-when-downgrade to be the effective policy if Essentials and the Viewer are on different hosts.

Nico Burgerhart thanks for jumping in with insight, by the way! Makes our lives easier.

Our Viewer and Essentials are on the same box, but the overall Portal is on multiple boxes and its HA.

An HA setup would imply a load balancer - so that would technically be a different 'origin', I'd think.

If you're stuck on this, I'd ask that you submit a support case to us: vertigisstudio-support@vertigis.com and we can work through the problem with you.
