Selecting Features based on selected features in another layer

I have a drop down list where a user can select a polygon feature from layer A and then want to use the selected feature to select from two or more additional layers and display the results of each additional layer.

Is this possible in Workflow?

  Sure you willl have to use Query Layer activities with the polygon geometry as input Geometry parameter to query the layers, and Show Results activities to show the resulting features in the map / results.
