How to host a workflow form with the JS API and no map, as in the sandbox?

Hi all, 

For some of my workflows we dont need to embed this in any other application and I just want the simplicity of a stand alone form. This is similar to what we see in the sandbox where you can choose No Map and the JS API only. 

Are there any examples of how to host a workflow in this way please?  It would be great if there's a template and I could just drop in my portal URL and itemId to get started.

  Hi Andrew Kesterton,

  You can use VertiGIS Studio Web without a map. You can open the Web designer and choose the "Blank" option as a starting point.
