Delayed - VertiGIS Studio Mobile 5.17

VSM 5.17 has failed to get through a certification step with the Microsoft Store and currently  we are unable to launch. The issue seems to be related to something that has been included in the latest Runtime from Esri and they are actively pursuing a solution.

If this delay drags out we will post another update.
