Blank print after changing basemap

Hello,

We have found that changing the default basemap in our web app causes the print output to be blank.

Example 1: The default basemap is OpenStreetMap. The user changes the basemap to anything else (e.g., satellite imagery to locate a property) then changes back to OpenStreetMap, and then prints. The output will contain everything except for the basemap.

Example 2: The basemap is not changed and the user prints. The output will include the basemap as normal.

Has anyone experienced this before?
