Can geo tagged photos be added, to say a graphics layer, on the fly?
Just temporarily for the current session.
Use case: Field workers are out in the field, notice an issue but only have their phone, so they take a photo. When back in office they want to be able to see the photo on a map.

Nothing out of the box Mark. I know several folks have done something similar in the past with Workflow and some creativity.
