Scene Failure Event

Something I ran into recently that would be better handled by Web in general.
WebGL will fail if a user loads from a potato device or if their browser settings are not set correctly. Current behavior is Web will fail loading the scene - ui components will load - and hang with a silent error. WebGL can also fail in other circumstances after a scene has loaded.
We are building out a fallback to either show an alert or show alert + swap to a 2D map.
Would be cool if their was a failure event on the scene and users could handle as they see fit with WF's or Web commands/operations. Failure events for both 2D and 3D maps should be sperate just as the other events for the maps.
