Generate over 3000 reports at once

Hello all,

I’m wondering if anyone can help look into the following problem:

We just started setting up reports and noticed that once more than 20 reports are requested at once, they fail. There will be a need to generate 3,000-9,000 reports at once, via the embedded widget in WebApp and the designer view(Geocortex). 

Do you have any suggestions?
