Hi

 

Is there any way to show more text within the results using the results detail tab? Currently in order to see greater detail from a result, you have to change the results view to the table. It would be nice if we could expand how much text is shown in the results detail if its held within a tab however, to allow users to quickly see information.

  Hi Rohan,
  
  You can configure the webmap's popup to include more fields details (or chart, image, arcade expression, etc) for the layer. Then results-details will respect and display based on the settings.

  I can't see an option to include more field details in the popup! However, in the webmap the full text can be seen (as outlined below). This is the same polygon (albeit with some non "user-friendly" fields removed) - and a user can clearly see the region as "Midlands and East of England". In the vertigis web popup, it cuts off at England not displaying the full text

  I misunderstood the issue you mentioned earlier. My apology.
  The field value truncation in the results details is our by-design currently. Resizing the results details panel can help to display the full text, but may not work if the field is an extra long string.
  Possible (but not ideal) workaround could be to add that attribute as elsewhere in the layer's popup template config via AGOL viewer.

  This has been an ongoing issue for me as well and would like to have an option to choose whether the attribute text can be wrapped, instead of cut off. The solution from Pairin is a temporary workaround. Thanks.

  The improvement around field value truncation in the results details is expected in soon coming VSW 5.21.
