Use Fiddler with Go app

I have some problems getting the Studio Go app (on Windows) to work with Fiddler.

 

When I start Fiddler, and then in Studio Go try to connect to ArcGIS Portal, it gives an error 'An error occurred while sending the request'. Needless to say, nothing gets logged in Fiddler.

 

I can access the same URL through Fiddler fine from any browser. My suspicion is that Studio Go does not trust the Fiddler certificate, although it is stored in the Windows cert store.

 

Does anyone have a clue what could be the problem?

 

The Go version is 5.18.1.438

  I just remembered, Fiddler needs special configuration for UWP apps (such as Go). In Fiddler, click the WinConfig button on the toolbar, this will show a list of applications. Make sure the Studio Go app is checked.
