HTML5 Toolbar Tools Greyed Out

Several of the tools on several of my toolbars in several of my applications are greyed out and I can' t remember what causes this or how to fix it.

I can find exactly nothing useful in searching this forum for any information about this issue. (BTW - can we please remove forum entries from the paleolithic era? Or at least order the results from most recent to oldest? It's really not helpful to find entries about the Silverlight viewer or HTML5 viewer 2.2, etc.)

Please help.

Everything is broken.

  Can you post a screenshot?

  Are this default tools or are it buttons which call workflows, and did you configure permissions on workflows? https://docs.vertigisstudio.com/essentials/latest/admin-help/Default.htm#ge/admin/permissions.htm#Permissions

  Thanks for the quick response, Nico!

  I found, yet again, a reference to an outdated loader.js location in my desktop.js file. I keep rooting them out and they keep popping back up.

  Oddly, correcting the desktop.js file in one viewer seems to have made all the others happy. Not sure what's going on there . . . but I'll take the win!
