Loss of subset within WMS from Webmap
RéponduHi all
With the most recent Web updated (5.19) there were changes to how WMS feeds are added. One of our WMS feeds contains sub groups which can be added fine to the AGOL Webmap (see image 1), but do not come through to the Web application (see image 2). The groups are called Second sequence and First sequence for reference. Is there a way to get these layers added back?

Hi Rohan,
We also encountered similar problems after the last update of VertiGIS Studio web. We experienced that we webmap was working fine, but the information was not showing in VSW. From inspecting the console, it looks like the app is looking for a configuration that I can not find.
I see from the What is new notes that there are some WMS bug-fixes that have been release, maybe this has created a conflict?
To solve it, we added the WMS as an item in ArcGIS Online, inspected the json configuration in AGO-Assistant and copied the information into the webmap configuration. The information copied from the WMS was more detailed than what was defined in the webmap and this solved the issue for us.
Best,
Jonas

Cheers for the response Jonas, we found a similar solution in that just adding the WMS to AGOL then adding the AGOL item to the webmap also seems to work.

Hi Rohan and Jonas,
Would it be possible for you to share us the webmap item ID (if it's public) or webmap JSON at when the WMS group sublayers were not displaying in VSW? We would like to inspect it closely to determine whether or not we handling them properly.
