Running VertiGIS Inline in VertiGIS Studio Web? Here are the steps to upgrade to Inline 2.0.

There is a special template in VS Web that is used to configure Inline within a Web application.  The changes in 2.0 mean the template must be changed to take advantage of them.  There is no way of automatically pushing these changes to Web applications that use them as the applications are not aware that the template has changed.  Therefore administrators must make some changes manually to accomplish that. 

 To upgrade your VS Web / Inline application: 

• Open the app you wish to upgrade in VS App Designer. 
• Remove the existing Inline component from the app.  
• In the left side bar, open File > Upload Library 
• Under “Add Library Link” enter https://apps.vertigisstudio.com/inline/client/main.js and click “Add Library” 
• Click “Save Changes” to close the panel. 

• With the new library added, add a new component to the app. 
• Choose the “VertiGIS Inline” component.  Add it back to the same location the previous component was 
• Open the component settings 
   
• Remove the default views and add your own views to the component. 

• If the component is in a panel, change the height to be 100 

 This only applies to existing VSW / Inline applications – new ones will automatically reflect the changes in Inline 2.0.
