Identity Store integration with LDAP

Hello everyone,

I have the following situation:

- Identity Store integration with LDAP
- GE 4.5.1 & Viewer 2.6.1
- Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2

This two updates were made, and the authentication method stopped working, i.e. users could no longer authenticate. To fix this problem they had to be removed.

2021-01 Security Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based systems (KB4535680)
2022-08 Security Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based systems (KB5012170)

Are there any identified issues related to these updates? If so, what precautions were taken or considered?
