Change Overview Map in Print Template
Hello,
I am creating a print template for our organization and would like to use a designated map for the the overview/ location reference map. I can select a new map in the properties of the overview map, but it is blank when printed from a Studio Web application.
Is an expression or some additional work required to display the new overview map?

I'm trying to get the overview map to use a different map in my portal as well, but it's coming out blank.

I had this problem - the main main printed fine but the overview map was totally blank. My solution may not apply to many people, but I thought I would share, just in case.
I had produced my print template by exporting one I had already made for an app in our public server environment, and then importing this template into our internal server environment, so I would only have to change a couple of things for this new app instead of starting from scratch. But the overview map remained blank, even after I looked into all the configurations and selected the correct web map.
The solution was to start from scratch with a print template from my internal server environment (where this app lives). I guess something threw it off when I exported and imported my existing print template from my public server environment.
