VG Printing 5.19.0 fails to display the Arabic font in the right way

Dear All,

VG Printing 5.19.0 does not display the Arabic font in the proper way and displays words with separate letters.

PS: We already have this issue in the Geocortex report when the output format is pdf and the issue will no appeared in Jpeg

 

What might be the issue here
