Ability to add multiple Geocoders in designer

We can only add one Geocoder in the viewer. It would be useful if we were able to add multiple Geocoders for use with searches.

  We would also like to be able to add and configure multiple geocoders independently in VS Web and be able to call them from different components in the UI.

  As an example we would like to connect the Global Search box up to use a global Esri Geocoder service to search for street addresses and a customised geocoder service to search for office buildings and plots across multiple cemetaries. At the same time we would like to connect the right click context Address search menu to search against What3Words geocoder.

  Would be great if VSW can be enhanced to provide tthe level of functionality/flexibility that Essentials has for configuring these services.

  It is worth noting that while we may allow configuration of multiple, when the end user executes a search it will be against a single (chosen) geocoder.
