Visibility filters for External Links
Visibility filters for External links would be helpful. We have a few links across feature services that are not in the attribute table and need visibility control based on portal group.

It would also be nice to hide a link when the field used in the link is null.

I would like to apply visibility to external links just like you can with Result Actions. Not all users/groups need to access to the external links. Has anyone found a way to limit visibility?
