Prompt to choose whether to keep or change non-modifiable attribute values when changing component types

Example of the desired behavior:

A component of type A has an attribute X with the value Y.

Component type B has this same attribute,  defined as non-modifiable, with value Z.

When changing this component's type from A to B, it will keep the value assigned to the component, not changing it to the default value of type B.

This behavior does make sense because it keeps the data safe, however our customer wishes to have the option to change the attribute's value if the new component type has a default value for that attribute. It could be a pop-up window like that one that shows up when you change an attribute from modifiable to non-modifiable in a component type's detail page.
