Add a small Help/Question Mark image icon for including a web link for more details of a drop down list

We are transforming Fairfax County Digital Map Viewer (DMV) web application in VertiGIS Studio Web Designer. We would like to have a drop-down list or autocomplete drop-down list that provide a Help feature next to the drop-down list for providing more details of the drop-down list.
