Service Desk - Organisation
Liebes VertiGIS Team!
Wenn ein Ticket erstellt wird, dir die Organisation des Mitarbeiter für die weitere Zuteilung / Zuständigkeit verwendet.
In unserem Betrieb wäre es besser die Organisation der Liegenschaft zu verwenden.
Hierfür würde ich empfehlen, in den Einstellungen → Produkte konfigurieren → Servicedesk > eine Möglichkeit einzuspielen, um diese per Dropdown auszuwählen je nach Bedarf.

Currently, when a ticket is created, the employee's organization is used for the subsequent assignment and responsibility.
In our organization, however, it would be more appropriate to use the property's organization instead, as this better reflects the actual area of responsibility.
Therefore, I would like to suggest adding a configuration option under Settings → Configure Products → Service Desk, allowing administrators to choose via a dropdown which organization should be used for the automatic assignment (e.g., Employee Organization or Property Organization).
This would provide greater flexibility and allow organizations to adapt the behavior to their specific business processes.
