VGN Locator (EU): Conditional output of text fields in overview page

A customer would like to output a conditional text message (e.g. “caution: high pressure gas lines in the request area”) when a certain layer has features within the overview frame. Currently, this is possible for the detail pages using “dynamic-print-elements” in the layer json.
