Include Markup symbology in legend
Saw this in the ideas 3 years ago, wondering if it's been made possible?

The hotfix for 5.29.1: [Engine CIM3] Print layout legend elements now exclude markups, selection graphics, and symbologies. [342256]
I would like to see options to enable/disable these separately so that markups could be shown and highlights not shown. I frequently get requests from users who use markups extensively to have them in the legend. But I would prefer being able to toggle this.
