Trouble Getting Search Form to pass Results to other Tools

Hi, I'm trying to create a search tool in Studio Workflow that acts on two layers in a Studio Web map. First, it queries a table for a Taxpayer Name, and then passes any assorted Parcel PINS to a Feature Layer in the Results tab.

I'm having trouble finding where to start on my search form. I have other search forms that work fine on a single layer, but since this is working against two I'm a little lost. Any advice?
