[5.47] Do not select activity in navigator when expanding

Introduced in VertiGIS Studio Workflow 5.47

When a Container or For Each is expanded or collapsed in the navigator, it is also selected, causing the designer to open that activity. This takes some time, and is IMO a bit distracting

Sometimes I just want to see which activities are in the container, or dig several levels deep before having to  refresh the designer.

Would it be possible to have this work similar to Windows Explorer, Outlook, or basically any tree component, where clicking on the arrow will only expand or collapse an item, and clicking on the name will select it?
