Easier importing of applications

In order to import an application in the Viewer designer, we need to create a new viewer app first, save it, and only then we can import a zip file with an exported application. The import will overwrite the application we just created. This is very counter intuitive.

I'd expect the Upload Application menu item to be available at all times, allowing me to import a zip directly into a new viewer.
