VertiGIS Mobile panel size

Is there a way to influence the size of the expanding panel in a VertiGIS Mobile application? 

We want to have this component smaller so there is more space for the map. Thanks in advance. 

I searched through the layout xml but couldn't see where to adjust it.

  I am Jack from the Mobile team here to answer your inquiry. Thank you for helping contribute ideas to Mobile! I'm sorry to inform you that this isn't currently possible in Mobile. The panel size is a product of the screen size. If you're using a mobile device, so you may get more map area if you use your device horizontally rather than vertically.
