Issue with Drop-Down List in VertiGIS Web on iPad

We've encountered some unusual behavior with our VertiGIS Web application when using it on an iPad. Interestingly, these issues do not occur on a phone or computer. We are reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this and if there are any potential solutions.

Issue Details: When a user sets a field with a drop-down list, it does not really trigger the change event.

Scenario: We have a form that allows users to enter information while reviewing an asset. There's a drop-down list called "Cabinet Hinges” that asks the user if the asset has been inspected. If the user selects “Maintenance Required,” it should prompt another drop-down list titled “Maintenance Priority.” If the user selects “Inspected,” the “Maintenance Priority” drop-down list should disappear.

This functionality works perfectly on a computer. However, on an iPad, when the user toggles the "Cabinet Hinges” field to “Inspected,” it doesn’t close the “Maintenance Priority” field. Similarly, if the user toggling it to “Maintenance Required,” the “Maintenance Priority” field doesn’t show up. This behavior does not occur if the user moves to another field before making the second change on the initial field. However, the field may reset if the user moves to another field. 

We have tried adding “Propagate Form Event” at the end of the change event, but it hasn't resolved the issue. 

Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have suggestions on how to address this?
