How to highlight features on hover event

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone has made a workflow/activity where you highlight certain features on the map when you hover it with your mouse?

  So this was done with the hover action on map, run workflow. create feature, buffer feature use it geometry to query a layer. buffer the return feature, and add graphics.
