Access Permission Issue with Geocortex Workflow Designer
Hi There, I am trying to connect to Geocortex Workflow designer page (https://<domain>/Geocortex/Workflow/designer/) and having this issue.
Access Permission
Sorry, it seems that you don't have the proper permissions to access Geocortex Workflow. Please contact your administrator for more information.
We have local setup of Geocortex Workflow with Portal for ArcGIS. Portal has been configured with application pointing to designer URL. From Post-Installer, I have confirmed that license is valid and App Registration information is matching with Portal.
I have followed instructions from this page, not sure what I am missing. https://docs.vertigisstudio.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/installation.htm
Appreciate any help on this issue.
Thanks

Is the application item in Portal shared with the user you are trying to log in with?

Thank Nico for your input. The application item is portal is shared with the user that I am trying to login.
On interesting difference that I am noticing is that the env with issue sends a POST request and it results into 400 error. We have another environment, which works fine, send a GET request, which ends with 200 status.

This could be firewall related

Ok, Are there are any documented requirements for firewall for this functionality to work?

This looks like an issue with token retrieval, without going into full trouble shooting on this have a look at the Portal Web Adaptor in IIS and if it is set to deny anonymous access, then you may need to look here GitHub - vertigis/arcgis-web-adaptor-extensions: VertiGIS Studio Web Adaptor Extensions enable server-to-server communication with ArcGIS Web Adaptors for IIS that have Windows authentication enabled and deny anonymous access.
Hope this helps
