Admin API or REST Services

Hello, does VertiGIS use any administrative interface akin to ESRI's server admin API (/server/admin) or the Portal admin API (portal/portaladmin) in Enterprise?

I want to confirm it's just leveraging ESRI's Apps. I know the Geocortex products had its own REST services.
