Basemap Slider issue with Horizontal Orientation

I recently upgraded to VertiGIS Studio Web Version 5.31.0.  I noticed an issue with the Horizontal Orientation format.  It seems that the width of the basemap slider is dependent on the length of the title of the basemap series.  For example, if no title (blank space) is added, it looks like this:

With the title of “Aerial”, better, but too close together and 1999 is a bit cut off:

Silly title but the stops are spread out nicely:

Is there a way to adjust the width of the slider that is not dependent on the length of the title of the basemap series?
