Copy permissions from Dev->Test->Prod environment (DTAP street support)

For access control it should be possible to copy all security / access control settings from one environment to the next (from Dev → Test → Acceptance → Production). This is a must-have requirement for all major customers.

  As in many other VertiGIS Studio apps, you should be able to export and import the configurations/permissions. This is especially important for multiple VSAC-installations

  This is a very good idea, bulk copy pasting changed statements from 50+ services with multiple groups leads to a very sad prod deploy night
