Open Windows Post

Not sure if I am missing something here, but looking for a way to open a new window from workflow with a “POST” method and posting form content.  I see the Web APIs has the Open Window activity, but it has no native ability to post data through its parameters without additional javascript.

Is there anyway to do this?
