Highlights don't work in parcel PIN search workflow

I have a handful of workflows that use auto-fill and query to let users find features, like map page, UPC, and Parcels. The Parcel PIN search is an exact copy of the UPC search, but pointed to a different layer. The highlights work normally in the UPC search, but the parcels are not highlighting, and I can't figure it out for the life of me. 

I've compared the layer configurations, workflows, network traffic, everything I can think of, but these parcel results will not highlight. They do highlight if I use the built-in Search tool and Identify. Any ideas?
