Set parts of text to bold in Rich Text control

Set parts of text to bold in Rich Text control. This is not possible now. In Reporting 4, this functionality was available.

This idea is a follow-up to my request https://support.vertigis.com/hc/en-us/requests/84406 Bold text in Rich Text control in Reporting.

If you load a RTF file in the control, parts of the text in bold are kept bold.

It does look like the DevExpress .NET version of their demo interface supports a Rich Text Editor when you double click on the Rich Text control. So we could likely add support for this to our implementation.
