Cross connect report new columns: service and customer

Add two columns to the cross connect report: Service and customer.  

Description/Use Cases: 

 Add two columns to the cross connect report: Service and customer.

 Customer should be the “used by” in  the service object:

Business impact of limitation or missing of the feature:

Users have to open the TC’s and service objects manually to get these data.
