Run a workflow in VertiGIS Mobile without a map

I'd like to run a simple workflow that is essentially a survey form to update data. This does not require a map or any interaction with a map - all this needs to do is fill out a couple questions and hit submit. Is this possible to do within VertiGIS mobile? 

I understand it's possible to do in VertiGIS Web, but our users prefer an app they can open for their use case.

  I suppose the map is required (or at least convenient) for connecting the app to your data, but it should be possible to hide the map. In the designer, in the component tree on the right, click on the map, scroll down, and check Initially hidden.
