Users can't see their saved projects
We recently moved from Geocortex Essentials 4.14.1 to 4.14.5 and users have reported that they are unable to see their saved projects. I can see them in the site manager and when I reassigned them to the user they were able to see them again, but in some cases there are multiple entries for a user in the change user search.
Is there a way to purge these users? Users are signing in using our federated esri portal.

This happened to us in our Testing environment. We were told it might have happened because we did not hit "Test" on the Post Installer screen "Configure Sign-In Options". Apparently that refreshes the tokens. When I upgraded our Production environment, I clicked Test and did not have any issues with our projects/documents.
In our Test environment, I was able to recover some of the projects by scrolling through the multiple names, but I was not able to recover them all.
