Conifgure Maptip for specific layers

Where can I find the documentation on configuring maptip (popup) for VSW?

Use case:

I have two layers A and B that have identify enabled. I would like to show the maptip for only one layer (A). Though I disabled the pop-up elements of the layer (B)  in VSW and also disabled the popup in the arcmap viewer, Still the popup are shown for both the layers.

How do I configure the maptip only for specific layers?

Currently I am using VSW 5.2.5

  What if you turn off pop-ups on the layer in the webmap?

  What if you do a Refresh on the webmap in the app configuration?

  Yes I tried that too and also I closed the app and opened it again. Both of the action did not help.

  So is it a bug with the latest version? Can someone from VertiGIS confirm or reproduce the issue?

  Hello. I'm having this same problem in VSW v5.27.0. Has anyone found a solution, or should I submit a ticket?

  Hello. I'm having the same issue. The popup is disable in the Web map, but in the VertiGIS viewer, the popup info will still show up when a user click on the layer.
