Uninstalled Analytics Agent

I have installed Analytics Agent on a Windows 2019 server and then uninstalled using Control Panel > Programs and Features then Uninstall however this leave a place holder in the Programs and Features without the icon (image below).If I re-install the Agent it still only shows the entry with no icon or size.

Is there a way to fix this? Uninstall completely to install correctly?
