services.arcgisonline.com is not working

Hi,

   The below service connection is not working in Geocorte Essentials Manager.

  Getting error message: The operation has timed out.

http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services

Recently application server has been moved to GCP.

Can you please let me know what would be the issue?

  What do you mean with GCP?

  And what if you use an https URL instead of http?

  Google Cloud Platform.

  I am getting the error "Connection failed' if I add new connection using https.
