How I can solve the below Error? 

"Offline download/sync failed. This operation can only be performed in the native client".

  For reference, the Geocortex Mobile App Framework was retired on Dec 31st, 2020. 

  For offline syncing I'd suggest looking at VertiGIS Studio Mobile and it's implementation of Esri Map Areas.
