"Refresh Content JSON" during simultaneous editing of item in Portal and Item Manager

I have had many times now that I need to manually edit parts of a Web Map and often have the Content JSON open for editing and the web map open for editing and viewing.

A "Refresh Content JSON" button would be handy to detect changes and reload the latest Content JSON for the Web Map, so that I do not need to refresh the entire browser window.
