Refreshing the web map resets the failure behavior of table extensions back to Warn End User

Whenever I refresh my web map in Studio Web designer, the failure behavior of table extensions reset to Warn End User. I have to then change them back to Silent Failure.

The failure behavior of my layer extensions don't seem to reset. Is this a bug, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

  I have similar issue. 

  When I refresh the map the failure behavior changes back to ‘warn end user’, after I saved setting with ‘Silent Failure’ for an idividual layer. The setting persits for the group of layers, but the expected behavior doesn't presit to the layers in the group. 

  Is this a bug?
