Displaying the Date Field when Editing

Hi,

In the feature edit, when I click the add button, the date has the format Month Day, Year, Time, that is, American format.

The server regions are in PT (Portuguese) format. The field format in the layer configuration is set to Default. I tried changing the format to Date but it didn't work. In the database the date is recorded in the correct format.

The correct format that should be displayed would be day/month/year.

Attached are images. This situation happened after the upgrade from GE 4.12 to 4.14.5.
