Edit symbology for unique values

Resymbolisation of polygons, lines and (quite recently) points is only possible for layers that only have a single symbol that is simple. If the layer has uniqye symbols or more complex symbols, clicking the button will result in nothing happening (no warning, no feedback, no pop-up, just nothing happens).

I would like this to be possible layers that have unique symbols dependent on attribute values, and also on layers that have difficult symbols.

I would also like there to be feedback when the layer chosen is not supported (like it did for point layers).

  Johanne van Linge It would be worth re-checking this. I just did a quick test on the latest production version and was able to re-symbolize a polygon layer that was setup with a unique value renderer successfully.

  Hi, I've just taken a look at some of our data that was set up with a unique value renderer in the latest SaaS version of Web. I'm getting a similar problem. Where a polygon layer has a unique value renderer and I try to re-symbolize it, I only get options to change line colour, line style and line thickness and if I make any changes to the lines these don't appear in the map.

  OK - we'll have to have another look at this.

  In the meantime, try doing this on the Neighbourhoods layer in the default Capital City map to see the example I was working with that works correctly.
