unable to import gdb.zip file in geocortex viewer ( An unknown error occurred).

 

we have tested it on different versions/environments and faced the same issue using the portal for ArcGIS authentication.

 

The only thing mentioned in GE document is to add the sharing rest URL into proxy.config file and we have already done that.

  Is the Essentials instance coupled with ArcGIS (sign-in method in postinstall) and is the user logged in in the viewer?

  Are there more descriptive errors in the console of the browser?

  Yes, the ArcGIS Portal sign-in method.

  It seems it goes wrong on the ArcGIS side, could you see in the ArcGIS logs why the publish job failed?

  I can see errors from Arcgis server side, however, publishing tool has no issue if we try to publish, the issue is only once we import data from Geocortex

  I see only SEVERE log messages, could you get more info if you set the log level to DEBUG?

  Hello,

  I have attached debug logs from my system. Uploading a file geodatabase into my enterprise works fine. it only failed from the GE viewer side.
