Install instructions for v2.1.1

I am unable to download instructions for installing v2.1.1 nor can I even get the PDF to open. Download stalls at 95% every time.

Installation documentation can be found in the Downloads tab. Under Geocortex Essentials Downloads, you should see a link to (/gsc/Geocortex%20Essentials%20Downloads/Software/The%20Archives/Geocortex%20Essentials%202.2/Geocortex%20Essentials%202.2%20Installation%20and%20Activation%20Guide.pdf) Geocortex Essentials 2.2 Installation and Activation Guide.pdf
